We can provide assistance with all of your word processing requirements: letters, reports, minutes, dissertations/theses, legal documents, business plans, C.V’s, manuscripts, manuals and books etc.

Rates:Prices start from £12.00 per 1,000 words for standard text documents.

Documents requiring work on layout or those containing graphs, charts, tables, pictures etc. are charged at £15 for each page containing the specialist formatting.

At Lifeline we use software that supports transcription of most audio files (WAV/DSS/MP3/WMA).  We charge on a per minute of recording basis making it much easier for clients to work out the cost beforehand.

Rates:  our flexible rates start from just £1.50 per recorded minute for straightforward text, depending on turnaround time required and number of speakers.

Rates: this type of secretarial support is charged on an hourly or per project basis.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will supply you with a quotation tailored to suit your needs.

Slide Design

Professionally designed presentations can be produced either from your detailed brief, or if you have notes that you would like converting into a presentation, we can draft it for you.

Rates:   from a detailed brief, £30 to set up the initial slide design template (slide master) and then from £7.00 per slide for basic slides thereafter.  Slides that contain more complex content e.g. tables, graphs, charts or animation cost more up to an upper limit of £15 per slide.

From your notes, £30 per hour to draft the content of the slides and then the above charges relating to slide design apply.

Event Management

We can organise all types of events, for example: corporate hospitality, conferences, presentations, receptions, business meetings etc.  From venue research and booking, guest list coordination, catering and delegates’ travel arrangements to attending on the day to ensure the event goes smoothly.

Rates:   £30 per hour invoiced in blocks of 15 minutes, any expenses will be itemised separately.
